Shipping 

Please note where feasible shipping will be sent as a tracked item and in some instances tracked and signed for. This helps us to track your order and ensure it gets to you safely. 

International orders may incur customs duties which are not included in the shipping costs. All duty and tax charges are payable by the recipient, and are not the responsibility of Creations Chorus. At Creations Chorus we will where possible look to minimise customs charges in accordance with international shipping regulations.

Lead times

Some products may have a longer lead time than others, however an email will be sent should we not be able to fulfill your order within a 2 week period. Some items if they are not in stock will take a 2-3 week lead time before delivering, however if this is the case we will be in touch to let you know approx timeframes for your order.

We are a small business and as such will endeavour to get your Creation to you at the earliest possible.
